Our offers are strictly based on one discount coupon per person or per transaction.
Coupons can either be a fixed discount amount or a discount percentage.
Additional coupons can be used as gifts but cannot be redeemed together to save on shipping costs as the offers are per item including postage, packing and handling charges.
We will, however, allow multiple voucher consumption although our website will only let you redeem one voucher per order so you must process multiple orders separately.
Can I redeem my Voucher over the phone or collect in person?
All Vouchers must be redeemed electronically through the website to enable all vouchers to be accounted for.
Collection in person is not possible for vouchers or special offer orders.
Can I upgrade to a larger size canvas?
Yes. You can use your voucher against the canvas size on offer or you can upgrade to a larger size and only pay the difference..
Please allow a minimum of 21 working days plus shipping for your order to be despatched.
At peak times and around Bank Holidays, this can vary. If you need your canvas quicker, please use the Priority Order Service at the Checkout.
You will receive an email when your order is shipped.
Please also allow 2/3 days from the date of shipping.
